Room 21 Fitness

  Room 21 Fitness 


On Monday we (my class) did some fitness activity's. We did for about an hour or so. Miss McCombie set up these activity's for us. We did an accuracy activity were we had 3 tennis balls and we were in a group, we had to roll the tennis ball and try to get it into the hoop. For our other activity we also had to be in a group, we did a speed activity were we had four cones set out and had one tennis ball. For this activity the people in the group with the ball had to run and place the tennis ball onto the cone then run back, then when all the tennis balls are on the cones the other people in the group have to run and grab the tennis ball from the cone and run back, the first team to get all tennis balls back win. For the accuracy activity I was in a team with Zara, Tiare, Damon, Laykon, and Dean. For the other one my group was Leandri, Zara, Damon, Ritchie, and Bradley. The games took 30 minutes each.
