Fitness

Fitness

For fitness we went into our at home fitness gym and we did a little bit of a work out.  The things we did were sit ups, push ups, squats, boxing, balancing, step ups on our step up board.  We got a few photos of Lucy, dad, and I doing squats holding the weights.  Dad was holding 6 kg weights, Lucy was holding 1 kg weights, and I was holding 3 kg weights and Lucy, and I boxing.

    I love all the different exercises you and your family have been doing. It is great to keep active during isolation. What was your favourite activity?
    I have been walking Nala daily to keep up my fitness.
