For another one of my reading activities I had to read an article about food waste. After reading the article I had to research about food waste and find 5 different facts and put them onto a google drawing. Link to article.

    I really enjoyed reading all these facts about food waste.
    It's kinda disappointing that New zealand households throw away 157,000 tons of food a year.
    How long did this take to make?
    Maybe next time you could add images of food waste etc.

    I am really interested about all of these facts about food waste.
    It's very disappointing that New Zealanders spend $872 million a year on food that they throw away uneaten.
    Maybe next time you could add a picture of the food waste that New Zealanders throw away.
    How long did it take you to find this information?

    I am quite intersted about all these facts these all really suprised me just New Zealand alone throws away 157,000 ton of food! this was probaly the biggest fact that I was intersted in alot!
    Maybe next time you could link in the website that you found this imformation from I think you did a great job on these facts.

  4. Kia Ora trinity, Wow the facts that you put into this post are really interesting and surprising. What is your favorite fact. mine was the one about how much new Zealanders spend on food that gets thrown away.
    Another thing that I like is how effective the black background and white writing.
    Next time you could tell us how long this task took you.

    Wow I didn't know that kiwis spend $872 million dollars on food each year that gets thrown away or uneaten maybe next time you can add some photos of new Zealand waste.

    Thanks for sharing with us the data you collected regarding food waste in NZ. In this case, I would say "numbers speak louder than words". You did a great job in raising our awareness of consuming and disposing food. Do you have any solutions or suggestions to help New Zealand reduce the amount of food waste?
