Zucchini Brownie

  Zucchini Brownie

A couple of weeks ago and today we made Zucchini Brownie. We got some Zucchini's from the garden in our school. We had groups and the groups were the people sitting at our table my group was Sophie, Zara, Emma, Leandri, and I. In the garden we found one massive Zucchini/Marrow Leandri and I named him John. We washed our hands before making these and all of the equipment was clean. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar, 1/2 of canola or vegetable oil, 2 cups of all-purposed flour, 1/4 of coco powder, 2 cups of shredded zucchini, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda, 3/4 cups of chocolate chips we used dark chocolate and we didn't put salt in it. Here are some photos.

    1. Kia Ora Krista,
Thank you fro commenting on my blog. When my teacher (Miss McCombie) said that we were making Zucchini Brownie I thought that it would taste weird because of the Zucchini but its not. It took us about 30-45 minutes to make these. Have a good day.

  4. Hi Trinity,
I really like your blog post and that you put the ingredients in.
I also like all the photos you put in.
Did you enjoy making Zucchini brownies?
Maybe next time instead of adding a whole long line of photos you could maybe layout the photos next to eachother.
Overall you did a good job!
    Bye!

  5. Hi Trinity!
I love your posts making zucchini brownies was lots of fun but,
Whoa! That's a lot of photos! I had to scroll so far down to get to the comment section, maybe you can make them smaller and make them go beside each other so it doesn't take out that much space. Keep up the good work!
